A documented path, qualified auditors and a decision taken by an independent certification committee.
Certification is independent from any training or consulting: attending a training course is never a condition for certification.

Application and quote
Online pre-registration, scope, sites and products, then a proposal.

Document review
Specifications, suppliers, processes and halal control plan.

On-site audit
Facility visit by a team of auditors and Shariah experts.

Report and corrective actions
Findings, action plan and verification that they are closed.
- 05
Committee decision
The certification committee, independent from the audit, rules on the file.
- 06
Certificate issued
Numbered, digitally signed certificate with a verification QR code.
- 07
Surveillance and renewal
Follow-up audits during validity, expiry alerts, renewal.
Public verification
One scan is enough to clear any doubt.
The QR code printed on every certificate opens its official record on halalsenegal.sn. A forged, expired or revoked certificate is flagged immediately.

Document fingerprint and digital signature are checked: the slightest change is detected.
